Hi Beauties! Thank you for your interest in booking! Below you will find my policy and helpful information you need to know before booking. Please read the entirety of this section prior to securing your appointment. *DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS* -All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will go toward your total balance. You will be unable to secure an appointment without submitting a deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! -All balances must be paid in CASH. NO EXCEPTIONS. *LATE POLICY* -All clients will be given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $10 fee added to your service. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. -Each client will be allowed ONE deposit transfer within a six month period. As of the second time you need to reschedule, you will be required to submit a new deposit for the new appointment. *CANCELLATION POLICY* -You must give a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the amount due. A new deposit will be required to rebook. -If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be considered a No-Show and you will be charged 100% of the amount due. No-Shows will be banned from booking via the booking site. If you would like to rebook, you will need to reach out to me directly and pay 100% of the total balance upfront to secure your appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel the appointment within the accepted time frame (at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment), you will be refunded 75% of the fee paid. Please note, I have the right to refuse service to anyone that has no-showed in the past. *GENERAL POLICIES* -ABSOLUTELY NO GUESTS ALLOWED. -I do NOT perform foreign fills. If you have foreign lashes, please add “Lash Removal” to your service when booking. If you arrive with foreign lashes but did not book a removal, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. -You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining to book a fill. If you are unsure, please contact me before booking so we can choose the correct service together. -There will be a $50 fee for all squeeze-in appointments. Contact me directly for inquiries. -There are NO REFUNDS for services rendered, no exceptions.  -The exact location will be provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. ***Please be mindful of the time required to complete your service. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Loren Allure Beauty at (347) 559-5457 as soon as possible to reschedule. All cancellations prompted less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 25% of the amount due on their service. Thank you.
